A Healing Stone holds the creative energy of art and nature and rests in the palm of your hand.

There's a story about how Healing Stones came to be, but the short version is they help people feel better.

Most have been gathered for me or by me from the far reaches of Vik, Iceland to the shores of the San Juan Islands. They are frequently included in an embodied meditation practice, as a focal point on an altar space, or simply placed in a garden. It’s also been said they’re helpful when managing anxiety or used as a worry stone.

Where will you keep yours?

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Ohhh yeah. I feel like this stone legit saved my life last year. When I was having panic attacks almost constantly, I’d put it in my palm or on my chest and the cool weight of it would calm me down almost immediately.

I keep it in my pocket, hold it when experiencing a variety of emotions, and lay it in front of me during meditation. It calms and centers me.
